Thanks so much again Randy, for helping me (and my niece, Rosemary) today - it was great of you to respond so quickly to my urgent call for help, and to come personally was above and beyond!

Thanks, too, for helping this "old lady" across the street - Austin brought me back safely on return. You have such nice people working for you company - they reflect your kindness!
